Start with how your business works, not only how many calls you use. A call counts toward your plan after it lasts at least 15 seconds and includes an actual caller reply; short hang-ups, silent or assistant-only calls, and spam do not use your allowance.
Choose Pro when you run the business alone
Pro is designed for a solo owner or contractor. It includes the core receptionist, 2 call-handling scenarios, and 1 recipient for each notification channel. Live transfers, organization roles, team comments and @mentions, and Knowledge uploads are not included.
Choose Growth when office staff share follow-up
Growth is the best fit for a staffed, single-location business. It includes live transfers to 5 destinations, up to 5 organization members, team comments and @mentions, 25 Knowledge sources (files or notes), 5 call-handling scenarios, and 5 recipients for each notification channel.
Choose Scale when you need the most operating room
Scale raises those limits to 10 transfer destinations, 10 organization members, 50 Knowledge sources (files or notes), 10 call-handling scenarios, and 10 recipients for each notification channel. It also includes priority email support.
Notification limits apply separately to email, SMS, push, and Daily Digest. Tinylawn never removes saved settings automatically when a plan changes; the app explains any limit that needs attention before a downgrade.
