When does a call count toward my usage?
We only bill for real conversations. A call counts toward your plan only when it lasts at least 15 seconds and the caller actually speaks with your AI. Hang-ups, silent calls, and spam are always free.
What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit?
If you go over your included calls, you'll be charged a per-call overage rate based on your plan. You'll never lose a call—we handle every inquiry so you never miss a lead.
