- Open in Google Maps

Questions about Routing.
Does Routing optimize the order of stops?
The daily Route view follows requested times in chronological order. It does not automatically reorder stops to find an optimal route.
Does a stop on the map mean the visit is booked?
No. The calendar uses the requested date and time from the lead. Your business still reviews availability and confirms the visit with the customer.
Can I see the drive to a single property?
Yes. The lead’s route preview shows the trip from your primary location, with distance and estimated drive time when available. Verify the business and property addresses to use this preview.
What happens when a request has no location?
Requests without usable map coordinates are left out of the daily route, and the view shows how many were skipped. Cancelled requests are also excluded. Review the lead’s address before planning the trip.
Can I open the route in Google Maps?
Yes. Open directions from a lead preview or the daily Route view. The day link includes up to 23 displayed stops plus the business start and return; the view tells you when additional stops are left out of the link.
What if driving directions are unavailable?
The daily Route view shows a labeled straight-line preview without unavailable distance or time estimates. A lead preview offers a retry and a Google Maps directions link.
